Thank you for booking with Shropshire Raft Tours. We hope you enjoy your trip and visit us again. We provide group rates for 16 or more passengers (depending on current Government guidelines).
Meeting Point – All trips
Please meet us at our little green kiosk located in The Wharfage car park to the right of the Ironbridge Information Centre (TF8 7NH). Do not depend on your Sat nav in the gorge as it will point you in the wrong direction. Look for signs for ‘The Museum of The Gorge.
Scenic float tours – non – hire
Bring casual clothing and sensible footwear (no sandals, flip flops nor wellington boots). Be aware we have a 2 minute walk to the launch site. The raft guide can assist you on each end of the trip embarking and disembarking the raft. English weather can change so dress accordingly. We operate rain or shine. Each raft is guided by the head of river operations who has guided over 3,500 commercial trips in 5 different countries. We will provide each person with a floatation device (buoyancy aid/life jacket). We will take souvenir photographs during your raft trip and email these to you free of charge. This is a 1.2 mile trip and powered by oars.
By checking the box at the bottom of the online booking or signing a hard copy (‘I have read and agreed to the terms of service’) you can advance your booking, and you agree to yourself, your son/daughter or child in your care and any other members of your group being photographed during a Shropshire Raft Tours trip/activity. The image may feature on Shropshire Raft Tours website, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account and will be emailed to you at the end of your guided trip.
